Elmer James Holfeltz, age 84, died September 30, 1992.
Born April 5, 1908 in Vernal, Utah, a son of John and Marinda Wamsley Holfeltz. Married Helen Mary Britt June 6, 1930, she died August 6, 1961. Married Susie O. Whiting, July 6, 1966. He worked in construction and was a member of the LDS Church.Survived by wife, Susie, Salt Lake City; son and daughters, Glade and Mimi Holfeltz, Liberty; Mrs. Travis (Leita) Cossen, Hobbs, New Mexico; Mrs. Roland (Carla) Larsen, Mrs. Ruth Valentine, Mrs. Bob (Susan) Wall, all of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Wayne (Pat) Carlson, Tooele; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 3, 1992, 11 a.m. at Thomson's Vernal Mortuary. Friends may call at the mortuary Saturday one hour prior to service. Burial: Maeser Fairview Cemetery under direction of Thomson's Vernal Mortuary.
